  21. [The following is a transcript of a recorded phone message put 
  22. out by a group in Chicago called "Citizens' Committee to Clean Up 
  23. the Courts [CCCC]." (312) 731-1100 and (312) 731-1505.]

  25. Hi! Sherman Skolnick, Citizens' Committee to Clean Up the Courts, 
  26. 9800 South Oglesby.
  27.  
  28. Behind the scenes, a fight has broken out between U.S. Treasury 
  29. and the Justice Department.
  30.  
  31. Under Clinton, Justice has retained a large percentage of Bush 
  32. appointees. Justice, however, is determined to cover up several 
  33. crimes committed jointly by Clinton, Bush, and Ollie North. An 
  34. example is the dope smuggling through the airport at Mena, 
  35. Arkansas. The dope money has been laundered through Arkansas 
  36. banks and through ones in Chicago, such as Garfield Ridge Trust 
  37. and Savings Bank, owned and operated by former congressman Dan 
  38. Rostenkowski and their gang.

  40. Also acting as a dope money laundry has been the highly corrupt, 
  41. highly political, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the Chicago Board 
  42. of Trade, and the Chicago Board Options Exchange.
  43.  
  44. On the other hand, long-time career employees of the Treasury are 
  45. *determined* to bring out in the open crimes committed by 
  46. Democrats as well as [by] Republican hot-shots.
  47.  
  48. ITEM: The Treasury is aware that Clinton has tens of millions of 
  49. narco-dollars deposited in Swiss and other banks under the code 
  50. name, "Chelsea Jefferson" -- "Chelsea" being his daughter's name, 
  51. and "Jefferson" being his middle name. The Treasury has other 
  52. code names and numbers as well, and amounts -- all traced back to 
  53. the Columbian dope connection.
  54.  
  55. Aware of all this, so-called "new" Democrats want Clinton to 
  56. quickly resign. The GOP, on the other hand, wants to use Clinton 
  57. as a scandal-ridden punching bag over several months. The big- 
  58. money crowd will decide when to throw "Sludge Willy" to the wall.
  59.  
  60. Can Clinton deal with the growing crisis of currency, huh!? The 
  61. Mexican peso debacle as well as the money crash in Spain, Sweden, 
  62. Brazil, and Argentina. The news fakers kept urging know-nothings 
  63. to invest in so-called "emerging markets" outside the U.S. They 
  64. should be called "*submerging* markets". Clinton is too much of a 
  65. wimp to deal with a run on the mutual funds in the wake of the 
  66. foreign currency crash.

  68. Justice is trying to *block* the Treasury Department from 
  69. bringing out in the open the "China White" scandal, the high- 
  70. purity heroin pouring in and flooding in from China through 
  71. Joliet, just south of Chicago. Reportedly implicated are former 
  72. Illinois Governor Jim Thompson [a.k.a. "Big Jim"] and his gang. 
  73. He's now chairman of the world-wide, Chicago-based law firm of 
  74. Winston and Strawn. Treasury claims that "Big Jim's" law firm is 
  75. being used to coordinate *huge* "China White" shipments -- all to 
  76. bail out the Rockefeller banks, such as the First National Bank 
  77. of Chicago that loaned billions of dollars to deadbeat China. 
  78. ("Big Jim" all along has been a Rockefeller agent.)
  79.  
  80. Three partners of the law firm and eight support staff confirm: 
  81. internal documents tend to incriminate "Big Jim" and his gang, 
  82. and his puppet, Illinois Governor Jim Edgar [a.k.a. "Little 
  83. Jim"].

  85. Both the Treasury Department and the Justice Department are 
  86. nervous about the secret transfer of a $50 million contingency 
  87. fund of Resolution Trust Corporation [RTC]. It was sent, from 
  88. Chicago to Little Rock, to cover up $47 million reportedly 
  89. embezzled from a Little Rock savings and loan by Clinton and his 
  90. wife. Interwoven in the transfer details is the murder of White 
  91. House aide Vincent Foster, jr. He and Hillary worked crooked 
  92. savings and loan bailout deals in the Chicago area for RTC -- 
  93. which is headquartered here *inside* the law firm of Hopkins and 
  94. Sutter.

  96. In the Treasury/Justice Department fight, you can expect more 
  97. bodies to fall off of buildings, such as happened to a senior 
  98. investigator expert of the Resolution Trust Corporation. He 
  99. wanted to go further into the Clinton White House scandals.
